Long-Term Approach

Family Office Roots

Highcrest’s approach to long-term value creation traces its roots to its initial funding backed by selective family-office investment groups and our own capital. This structure helped to further instill a culture of a long-term view and partnership that are usually found in investments from family offices or high net-worth individuals.

Since then, we have continued to build upon this family-office heritage with most of our current capital still coming from large family investment groups and offices. We understand the importance of maintaining a similar culture and core values in all of our investing activities. We seek to partner with like-minded people that share our values including high integrity, hard work, teamwork, and social and community awareness.

Collaborative Partners

Our long-term approach also strengthens our partnership with management and aligns our common interests through the life a deal.

When we acquire a company, we understand the unique challenges businesses face in these situations; we have the flexibility to tailor our investments for what is best for management and the company.

During our ownership, our collaborative approach empowers management to operate the business while benefiting from a strong partner for strategic, financial, analytical and operational support. We then work closely with management teams to determine the right time to realize investments.

We are careful in selecting all of our partners in order to ensure that all parties are working towards the same long-term goals.
